Where are our changing baskets made?
Our baskets are made in villages in Vietnam.
By buying a changing basket you are supporting the weavers, their families and communities, by creating an income and preserving the fine art of basket weaving.
Vietnam as our point of import was an easy choice as it is the home to so many highly skilled artisans. Combining the uniqueness of the product, with the social development aspect, made it a no brainer for us. We are extremely passionate about making positive differences in people’s lives and giving them a hand up, not a hand out.
What are our baskets made out of?
The change table baskets are woven from seagrass, which grows abundantly in the region. Together with the skilful weaving technique of the artisans, passed from generation to generation, makes these individually woven baskets strong, durable and flexible.
What size table can I place my changing basket on?
Our baskets are approximately 75 cm long x 35 cm wide, so a table or bench this size or larger is perfectly fine.
