We pride ourselves on aiming to process your order immediately, however please do allow 3 business days for processing - (please factor in potential slightly longer turnover times during sales, high demand restocks and busy periods).
As we use a courier service, delivery of larger items must be to a physical address (no PO Boxes). If ordering smaller items (such as linen or a mini basket, a PO Box can be used).
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once processed, the following is a guide only.
Brisbane: Same or following Business Day.
QLD/VIC/NSW/ACT/SA: 1- 4 Business Days
TAS/WA/NT: 7 -14 Business Days.
Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping is sent via our door to door courier partner, you will receive a tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey. Our parcels are sent with a standard 'signature on delivery', please leave a message with your order if you wish to authorise us to leave your parcel without a signature (we cannot be responsible for any missing parcels in this instance).
If you place an order that includes pre-ordered items, your order will be sent once all of your items are ready to be shipped. Please place separate orders if you would like your in-stock items to be sent immediately.

International Customs + Duty Taxes
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Any International shipping delays are out of our hands, and we can not be held responsible for these.
Monitoring parcel tracking is the responsibility of the recipient - we are not responsible for parcels that are returned due to non payment of customs fees or attempted deliveries. If you are having trouble with the delivery of your parcel please contact us within a timely manner and we can launch an investigation with the carrier. Any parcels that require redelivery are at the expense of the recipient.
If you are located in the United States, we find it best to track via the USPS website (using the same AusPost tracking number) once your parcel has reached the US for the most up to date and detailed information.
If you change your mind about a product purchased from us we are happy to offer you a credit note for the item(s) amount (minus shipping) - items must be in the original packaging, an unused condition & returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
We have ensured that you have an accurate description of our products and sizes, we encourage you to check over our sizing charts and ask any questions prior to the purchase of our product, we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have. We offer a credit note (minus shipping) only for change of mind, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

- Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
Exclusions - All Moses baskets, sale items, credit notes and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
Each item is personally hand inspected by us to ensure quality control prior to your purchase being lovingly packaged and shipped to you.
Please keep in mind that our products are handmade by artisans in the beautiful open air, slight imperfections that do not compromise the functionality of the product are normal, a stitch out of place or a little off centre makes our products real, every item is intrinsically unique due to the handmade nature of the product.
